Welcome to PDIDOST. By accessing or using our website or mobile application, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Services

PDIDOST provides the following services:

  • Car inspection services
  • Car jockey services
  • Insurance assistance support
  • Vehicle-related service leads
  • Auto repair and related automotive services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our website or mobile application, you agree:

  • To provide accurate and complete information
  • Not to misuse our services or platform
  • Not to provide false vehicle or inspection information
  • Not to engage in fraudulent or illegal activities

PDIDOST shall not be responsible for incorrect or misleading information provided by users or third parties.

3. Inspection Disclaimer

PDIDOST provides vehicle inspections based on visual checks, diagnostic tools, and professional expertise available at the time of inspection. By using our inspection services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • The inspection report is based on assumptions and observations, as certain internal vehicle components cannot be inspected without dismantling or opening parts.
  • The inspection report is valid for only 24 hours from the time of inspection, as damages or changes may occur due to external factors after the inspection.
  • As the vehicle inspected is a used vehicle, PDIDOST does not guarantee the condition or performance of any vehicle parts.
  • Some vehicle components may deteriorate quickly depending on geographical conditions, weather, and vehicle usage.
  • PDIDOST is not responsible for overheating issues, electrical faults, or electronic component failures that may occur after inspection.
  • We are not responsible for the condition or performance of used parts or accessories installed in the vehicle.
  • PDIDOST will not be responsible if vehicle parts inspected during analysis are replaced, altered, or changed before or during delivery of the vehicle.
  • The inspection report reflects only the condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection.
  • While we strive to provide highly accurate inspections, the report accuracy is estimated to be up to 99.9% based on available checks and tools.
  • Test drives are not conducted for PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) vehicles.
  • Inspection reports are advisory in nature, and the final decision to buy, sell, or proceed with the vehicle remains solely the responsibility of the customer.

4. Visual & Non-Invasive Inspection Process

Vehicle inspections are conducted using a visual and non-invasive process.

  • No vehicle panels or internal components are dismantled during inspection.
  • Components hidden behind covers, panels, or closed compartments may not be inspected.
  • Internal parts of the engine, gearbox, suspension, or steering system are not checked unless they are visibly accessible.

5. EV-Specific Limitations

For electric vehicles (EVs):

  • Battery packs and high-voltage systems are not opened, dismantled, or tested internally.
  • Inspections are limited to externally visible and safe-to-check components only.
  • No high-voltage system testing is performed.

6. Pricing Information Disclaimer

If an estimated vehicle value or pricing information is provided, it is based on:

  • Visual inspection results
  • General vehicle condition
  • Current market trends

This estimate does not represent a guaranteed resale value, legal valuation, or final market price.

7. Client Responsibility

Clients must use the inspection report as one of several inputs when making vehicle decisions. We strongly recommend:

  • Independent mechanical evaluation
  • Proper document verification
  • Verification of vehicle ownership and history

The final purchase or transaction decision remains the sole responsibility of the client.

8. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Service cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 4 hours in advance.
  • Last-minute cancellations or rescheduling requests may result in service delays or additional charges.

9. Inspector Availability & On-Site Conditions

PDIDOST reserves the right to cancel or refuse an inspection at the time of visit if the vehicle is:

  • Not available at the location
  • Excessively dirty or not inspectable
  • Locked or without access to keys
  • Currently in a workshop
  • Located in an unsafe or inaccessible environment

10. Image Availability Policy

Vehicle images captured during inspection will be stored for 7 days only. After this period:

  • Images will be permanently deleted
  • Images cannot be retrieved for disputes or follow-ups

11. Use of Digital Tools and AI

PDIDOST may use digital tools, mobile applications, or AI-based assistance to improve inspection efficiency.

  • These tools support the inspection process but do not replace human judgment.
  • 100% accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
  • The final report is based on the inspector's observations and professional evaluation.

12. Car Jockey Services

Car jockey services are performed by verified partners or personnel associated with PDIDOST.

  • PDIDOST shall not be responsible for unforeseen incidents beyond reasonable control.
  • Users must ensure that all necessary vehicle documentation is verified before handing over the vehicle.

13. Payments

Service charges must be paid as agreed before or after completion of the service. All payments once made are non-refundable, unless approved by management under exceptional circumstances.

14. Intellectual Property

The following are the intellectual property of PDIDOST and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without written permission:

  • Logos
  • Text
  • Inspection formats
  • Reports
  • Images
  • Designs

15. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Any loss arising from vehicle transactions
  • Any decisions made by users based on inspection reports

All vehicle-related decisions remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

16. Changes to Terms

PDIDOST reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or application indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

17. Client Consent

By booking our services, the client provides full consent for PDIDOST to conduct the inspection and agrees to all the terms, conditions, limitations, and disclaimers mentioned above.
